Region
Set in the streams and shaded canopies of Chikmagalur in Southern India, Gungergiri Estate is blessed with abundant rainfall and towering native Ficus and Terminalia trees providing ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.

This coffee was introduced to us by the South India Coffee Company, dedicated to exploring coffee's genetic diversity and cultivating more sustainable coffee species and varieties.

Flavor Profile
This coffee is clean and comforting in the cup, with a subtle brown sugar and lemon zest aroma. Its deep sweetness reminds us of dried dates.
Processing
This lot consists of the SLN13 variety, commonly grown in India. After harvest, cherries are inoculated with Pichia yeast before being dried as a natural coffee.
