Made exclusively for Blue Bottle by Pink House Alchemy, this syrup is used in our cafes around the world to create our Cherry Blossom Latte and Matcha Latte. We looked to our partners in Japan for inspiration and were struck by the delicate blush of their sakura, or cherry tree. This custom flavor offers soft floral notes, complemented by the taste of subtle cherry and marzipan. Syrup color may vary.
