What's in the Set

Cherry Blossom Syrup
Made exclusively for Blue Bottle by Pink House Alchemy, this syrup is inspired by the delicate blush of the Japanese sakura, or cherry tree. Its soft floral notes are complemented by the taste of delicate cherry and marzipan.

Craft Matcha
Our Kyoto team turned to the renowned matcha region of Uji, Japan, to find a matcha that embodies the quality and taste we demand out of our coffee. We choose tender tea leaves from our producer's first harvest of tencha, or shade-grown matcha plants, and stone-mill them to protect against heat degradation.

A Perfect Pairing
Vibrant and savory with an intricate earthy taste, this ceremonial-grade matcha is an elegant and full-bodied delicacy when paired with milk and served over ice. A touch of our exclusive Cherry Blossom Syrup lends soft floral sweetness, highlighting the matcha's natural depth.
