A Note on Espresso Extraction
We pull most of our espresso blends as ristretto shots (1:1 ratio)—a concentrated, full-bodied espresso with more sweetness and crema. For our single origin offerings and Dandy Espresso, we use a longer extraction (1:2 ratio), which highlights more distinct characteristics in the coffee.
